KKV Terms of Use

This document it is an electronic record in terms of information technology act,2000 and

rules are as applicable by the the act and does not require any physical or digital signatures

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of rule 3 (1) of the

information technology rules,2011 which requires publishing the rules and regulations ,Privacy

policy and Terms of use for the usage of domain name www.kovaikadaiveethi.com (in website)

Kovaikadaiveethi (in mobile application)( shortly referring here as KKV)

Here 'You' or 'User' shall mean any person who agree to login into kkv by means as a

Seller or Buyer on Reviewer.

When you logged in,You are automatically agreeing the Terms and Policies of KKV. We

(KKV) reserve the right to change,modify ,add or remove portions of this Terms of Use at any

time without prior notice to You.

Person under the age of 18 are requested to use Kkv in case of ordering and

transacting only through legal Guardian or Parent.

When on Login into KKV Your Account,Email ID,Phone number,Password are

maintained by only You. If in case of Misuse your details on your behalf KKV will not be

responsible for this.

As per the Privacy Policy Your number,E-mail ID and other informations given by You

will be of in secured terms with KKV.

If You allow or share your account to use by others, You are only responsible for the acts

under these.

By giving your E-mail id and Phone number,You agree to communicate with us through it,

via electronic records.

All commercial terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone.

These terms include price of products,shipping cost ,payment methods, payment terms, date,

period ,mode of delivery period,period of delivery,warranties, services and after sales services.

KKV does not involve in these terms between Buyers and Sellers.

Buyers can contact Sellors through KKV and clarify their queries straightly through

contact seller option.

Placement of order by the Buyer is an offer placed to the Seller, it doesn't mean as

Seller's acceptance of Buyers offer to buy the products ordered. The Seller has the right to

cancel the order in case of any circumstances(out of stock etc) and intimate the buyer through

E-mail or message and also refund the amount if prepaid.

KKV does not at any point of time during any transaction between the Buyer and Seller

on the Platform come into take possession of any of the product services offered by the Sellers.

Disclaimer :

If pricing on any products as is reflected on KKV may due to some technical

issue,typographical error or info fed by the seller is incorrectly reflected , and in such an event,

Seller may cancel your order, You can order again with corrected pricings.

Whatsapp Option :

WhatsApp option is provided to access easily for the Customers to buy. WhatsApp

specification is mainly for Grocery and Non-veg. You can send Quick list or Screenshot of a

list to WhatsApp option. Also You can access WhatsApp option for Customer Care

support through which you get guidance for your needs.

Shipping :

As many Vendors from different places are selling here, multiple shipping is

enabled.When bought with single Vendor,shipping of that Vendor is applied.In case of buying

with Two or more Vendors,multiple shipping is applied.Free Shipping is mostly given to most of the products 

Payments :

While doing any of the payment methods through KKV,We will not be responsible any

liability for loss or damage due to

#Decline of transactions for any other reasons.

# Payment issues arising out of the transaction.

#Exceeding the present limit by you and the banks.

#lack of authorisation. Payments must be in Indian rupees. KKV is neither a bank

or a financial service,it is merey a facilitator providing automated electronic payment and

receiving payment through cash on delivery.

Returns ,Refunds and Refunds :

KKV accepts returns in case of delivering damaged goods,provided necessary images

or videos of damaged goods delivered. In case of that return is accepted after our team check

with it. In case of prepaid orders,amount will be refunded after receiving the damaged goods

back.

Exchange is encouraged in case of size issues. We does not recommend unnecessary

returns and exchanges as it may give a slight loss to our Sellers. Return or Exchange period may

be within a week of the product delivered or not more than that.

Return Policy : 

Returns are encouraged during the circumstances are

#Proper Uncut Opening Video of the Parcel Submitted without any pause or cut.

#Product was damaged during shipping process.

#Wrong product delivered.

#Products were missing.

In case Buyer mistakenly books wrong item Return Policy cannot be applied.

Non Returnable or Exchangeable products :

Damages made due to mis handling of product.

Products with tampering or missing serial numbers and price tags.

Product returned without original packaging and accessories.

Customised products that which are specially customised for particular Buyer when on

requisition was made by the Seller.

Inner wear,lingeries ,diapers are non returnable products.

Edible food category products like Grocery are strictly Non Returnable

Products. In case of damaged or expired goods delivered proper request for return can be

submitted through WhatsApp number given.

Cancellation :

Valid reason for cancellation must be submitted. Cancellation is well accepted in case

the product is not shipped yet.

enables customer to ask for clarification about the product through to KkV itself.

Sell with Us:

As KKV is a Multi Vendor application anybody (Wholesaler,Dealer,Seller,Reseller

Entrepreneur)can sell with us abide to the terms of KKV. They can contact KKV through

mail(info@kovaikadaiveethi.com). Only Quality Vendors are chosen for collaboration with us on

submission of required documents.
